Shipping Methods

Orders shipped via Standard Shipping will be shipped via the US Postal Service, FedEx Ground, UPS Ground Delivery or a combination of these services. For in-stock items delivered within the continental United States, you should expect to receive your order within the estimated time frames (listed as Business Days) defined below. If your order contains multiple items, it may ship from different warehouses and arrive on different dates. For out of stock items, we will notify you within a week if we cannot ship your item. You will receive an e-mail confirmation notifying you once your order is shipped.

Some items are available to ship using our new free 2 Day Shipping method. These items ship directly from our warehouse and should arrive within 2 days of processing the order. Processing can take an additional 1-3 days. If the item you purchased is available for this service, you will see the shipping method on checkout

Due to differences in shipping methods from our distribution centers, we may be unable to deliver packages to a PO BOX. Please provide a physical address as well as your PO Box. We do not ship to APO addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times

You can choose from a variety of shipping options for your order. Shipping costs are based on the shipping service level you choose. Please note that due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19, processing of orders may take an additional day. We are doing our best to get orders out on time and are upgrading the shipping when necessary.

These estimates are based on our most common orders. The times listed above are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).

1) Some items or locations may not qualify for free shipping.
All shipments made to Hawaii or Alaska do not qualify for free shipping. The shipping fee is applied at checkout. Certain items may be ineligible for our Free Shipping Program or discounted shipping promotions. Items that do not qualify will be identified on the specific product’s page.  For bulk, discounted purchases, please contact us for ship dates and freight quotes.
2) Order Processing Deadlines
For standard and expedited shipping, orders received before 1 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday (except holidays) will be processed the same day. Orders received after 1 PM will be processed the next business day. Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after 1 PM on Friday your order will be processed the following Monday. For out of stock items, we will notify you if we cannot ship your item within one week.
3) Weekend Delivery
Expedited orders shipped via Next-Day, 2nd-Day Air and One Rate 2 Day are delivered Monday through Friday only. Guaranteed delivery is not available on the weekend or federal holidays.
4) Bulk Orders
Allow up to two weeks for processing in addition to the chosen ship time.
5) Peak Season Disclaimer
The guarantee for all US expedited services is suspended for shipments picked up on the Friday after Thanksgiving, Dec. 23rd and 30th.
6) Lost Packages
If you have not received your package and the carrier has confirmed delivery, a replacement order will not be sent. Check all points of entry and follow-up with neighbors. Please contact our customer service representatives to file an investigation.
7) Incorrect Address Provided
If your order was not received because the shipping information provided during checkout was incorrect, a replacement order will not be sent.
8) Other
Delays that the carrier cannot control (e.g., weather) may impact your delivery date and are not refundable.
Holiday Shipping Cutoffs

Holidays are especially difficult for shipping companies. For Christmas eve, Christmas day, New Years eve, and New Year’s day, there will be no pick-ups. All orders (including expedited orders) ordered after December 21st will be shipped no earlier than December 26th, and items ordered on December 28th will be shipped no earlier than January 2nd. The following are cut-off times for Christmas delivery:

  • Last day for standard shipping delivery by Christmas - December 12th
  • Last day for expedited shipping delivery by Christmas - December 20th

Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Just Nebulizers are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier.

 

Return Policy for Ilyapa Store

You may return your unused, unlaundered products within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price. If we get the product back and it is used we do collect a 25% restocking fee in some cases. In the event that an item is damaged, lost or incorrectly delivered, claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

How to Return an Item

Submit a return request using the Contact Us form or call us at 800-998-7750 for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before returning the item. We will provide you with return instructions, including the proper return address. Returns received without an RMA cannot be processed. The RMA number must be requested within 21 days of purchase and the returned item should be received within 7 days of issuance of this number. Returnable items must be received by us within 30 days of the date of purchase. After this time, these items are not eligible for a refund.

Please carefully pack returned items in their original packaging, including all documentation. Ilyapa is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Please be advised that delivery confirmation must be requested at the post office for items sent by US mail. Since we cannot issue credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that all returns be sent using a delivery method that can be tracked and/or insured.
